Affinity Construction, Inc. is a great company. We recently sold our home. The day before we were moving out of our home there was a substantial snow storm. The next day with moving trucks in our driveway we noticed water dripping down from recessed lights in our office/den on the first floor. Needless to say this is not what we were hoping for on moving day.
We called Mike Sheppard at Affinity Construction, he came over, looked at the roof and found an ice damn. He identified where the water was coming form and prepared a very reasonable estimate to fix the problem. We accepted the estimate and Mike scheduled the work to be done. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner.
While Mike and crew were onsite, they also repaired a couple of other things that needed fixing. The invoice we received matched the estimate and all looked and functioned great.
Affinity Construction is awesome!! The house sold and all were happy. I have recommended Affinity to others and they have been very pleased as well.

Thank you both again for the wonderful job you did replacing our old drafty windows at our new home. When June and I found the house, we knew it was the place for us; the only thing about it that was really bothering us were the windows. After you and your team went in there, you transformed the place for us; we love our new windows.Your professionalism, knowledge, promptness and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable working with you and once we saw the finished product, we were thrilled. It was very comforting being able to give you the keys to the house and rely on you and your team to do a great job; and you did! Were it not for the presence of the new windows we would never have even known you had been there as you left no trace, cleaning up everything and leaving behind nothing but our new windows. Peter even came back to the house after the job was done and spent the time with us to show us how the windows operate and what to do if we ever had a problem.
